Contract law — advice, review and representation

What we do

Agreements concluded verbally are generally valid. But in the event of discrepancies, can you prove that you have concluded a contract at all? In many cases, problems arise where there is no need to draw up a written contract. For reasons of evidentiary value and legal certainty, we are firmly convinced that a written and signed contract is what is right for you, for example:

  • Work contracts
  • Contract law
  • franchise agreements
  • (Solo) distribution contracts
  • Brokerage contracts

We advise and assist you in drafting your contracts. We negotiate with you when drafting contracts. We create sample contracts, sample forms and general terms and conditions (terms and conditions) for your everyday use. We review and analyse contracts that have already been created. In the event of disputes arising from contracts and contractual liability, we represent you before all civil and arbitration courts.
